This service is for families who require a follow up appointment after the initial consultation or when new issues arise. Follow-up appointments are offered at a discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice incur no charges. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incur 50% of booking fee. Cancellation without notice (i.e not attending booked appointment) incurs 100% of booking fee.
