Service Description
These small group classes are designed to provide information on preparing for breastfeeding, what to expect in the early postpartum period and how to minimise problems during your breastfeeding journey. Session information is based on: * Current evidence for best practice * Understanding of women's bodies and transition to parenthood * Recognising natural, instinctive behaviours of new parents and babies. All sessions are run by Registered Nurse Midwife, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant Beth Daniell. Sacred Moon Midwifery is a warm, welcoming and inclusive space located in Bray Park, North Brisbane. Our classes are intentionally small for the comfort of the attendees and to ensure learning is tailored to the needs of the group and individuals. Partners and support people are welcome. Refreshments are provided. Private breastfeeding classes are available as needed, please reach out via email.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice incur no charges. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incur 50% of booking fee. Cancellation without notice (i.e not attending booked appointment) incurs 100% of booking fee.
