4 Week Baby Massage Course Join us for our intimate, small class (max 5 participant's) baby massage course. The next course commences Thursday 17th November and runs for 4 weeks, with the final day being Thursday 8th December. Baby massage is a wonderful skill to learn for all caregivers and is suitable for babies from birth to around 12 months old. Benefits of Baby Massage: Beautiful opportunity for increased bonding and attachment Calming Aid muscle relaxation Improved blood and lymphatic circulation Improved quality of sleep Boosts immune system Aid digestion May improve discomfort of reflux, wind, colic and constipation What you'll learn in the course: How to recognise the best time to offer a massage for your baby Massage strokes for different parts of baby's body Touch relaxation Strokes for wind, constipation, reflux and colic Baby yoga * Please note this course is for the parent or caregiver to learn baby massage. Instructor's do not massage your baby. Where: Sacred Moon Midwifery 153 Kensington Way, Bray Park We aim for a relaxed and friendly environment, where you feel at home. You are welcome to stay for a cuppa and a chat after class and meet other families with babies of a similar age. We are an inclusive and kind group. Who: Beth Daniell is an experienced Nurse Midwife IBCLC and Infant Massage Instructor. Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice incur no charges. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice incur 50% of booking fee. Cancellation without notice (i.e not attending booked appointment) incurs 100% of booking fee.
